A glass (or three) of alcohol every night. I can talk about this subject – because it was me a few years ago.
Why at midlife? In my experience of working mostly with midlife women, many of us have one weakness. We love a glass of wine (or three) with our evening meal. I’m not judging whether we should or shouldn’t, I’m simply going to give you the picture. (Sugar does the same thing, but for now, let’s talk about alcohol).
