What makes me different?
I’ve experienced my own health journey, recovered and come out the other end. There were times during my health journey that I wished I’d had a chance to simply sit down and talk with a chosen health professional before I dived into their consultation fees, programs, treatments and ongoing things that didn’t serve me. If they’d taken the time to talk to me to find out really what’s going on, I would have had the intuitive indication as to whether they were right for me and they (in my dreams) could have been honest enough to say to me ‘yes I know I can help you, or I’m not sure I can help you’.
This is what I want to offer you. I always like to talk to a client first. We either meet over a coffee, or even online and I want to hear from you. I want to know what it is that bothers you and what you’re looking for in a health coach. We can then decide after our talk as to whether we’re a fit for each other.
