Yoga and Meditation Classes
Here’s what Jude has to say about how she felt after one of my classes:

Three classes of gentle to intermediate yoga are available from now through to Christmas. These classes incorporate a 10 to 20 minute meditation after each one.

Feel like a laugh? I’d tried SO many times to make a ‘nice’ introductory video and got so frustrated I gave up. So thought you might enjoy my blooper instead!!!
Here are the locations and times.
– 9.30 am to 10.30am, at the Lavalla Centre, 53 Fernberg Road, Paddington. Upstairs top floor end of hallway in the front building.
- 5.30pm to 6.30pm Deep Stretch.
This class is for the man or woman who isn’t quite ready for yoga, but needs to stretch out the whole body.
– 6.40pm to 8pm Yoga and Meditation
This is a beautifully relaxing yet strong Yoga Class followed by a 20 minute meditation and relaxation.
