Short post but a good video to share with you how to make a healthy, antioxidant laden Golden Milk. There’s simply too many people around now with colds, flu, sore throats, nagging coughs and we can absolutely do something about it. We simply can’t function when our body is crying out for help. The tickly throat prevents us from speaking and saying what we need, the thick head prevents us from thinking and creating our best work, the heavy chest and head makes us want to curl up and sleep and we’re just not at our best when we feel less than our best.
So Golden Milk to the rescue!!!
This golden milk is loaded with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cayenne and cardamom. These spices are known for their anti-inflammatory, anti bacterial and anti fungal properties. When combined through boiling for a short time, their healing powers and taste blend perfectly to create a tea or a latte to be drunk twice a day for at least a week. Besides being healthy, it’s a comfort drink that is a great substitute for coffee.
