I’m Anne Noonan - the Silver Yogi! I support women over 50 to feel strong, healthy, vibrant and alive through holistic health and wellness. Its kind of like putting premium fuel in your car to make it run better, faster, smoother… I do that for your body!

And I know because it all started with my journey. I went through it all; raging menopausal symptoms, insulin resistance starring down the barrel of type 2 diabetes, overweight, constant and ongoing hot flushes, anemia so bad that I needed blood infusions, blood pressure problems, heart problems, you name it! My doctors suggested HRT and I had a hysterectomy in my 50s. I felt dreadful! ALL. THE. TIME! That’s when I decided that things needed to change.

I had so much damage that needed repairing and I needed to take my health into my own hands!

With years and years of research I went down the holistic route. I changed my diet, started supplements, found the right kinds of movement that served me and found my answer; yoga. MY. LIFE. SAVER! My energy improved. My vitality came back, all the symptoms stopped! My weight reduced and I felt good from the inside.

I am now fully certified as a Food and Nutrition Coach and Diabetes Food Advisor, and a Qualified Senior Yoga and Meditation teacher with over 2,000 hours of yoga teaching and mentoring.

My holistic approach to health for the over 50s combines yoga, meditation and tailored health programs to serve you, as you are now. I understand that not everyone is the same, no two cases of menopausal midlife symptoms are the same, and therefore no health program is the same.

CHASE THE GRANDKIDS, FEEL INVIGORATED, SEXY AND KICK GOALS!

It took time but I successfully rolled back my body’s odometer.
