Joining my Virtual Yoga Studio means you’ll have access to up to 20 hours of Yoga, with new flows added every month. There are plenty of class options to choose from depending on what you’re looking for at the time.

Here’s a short 25 minute sample of a deep energising stretch that is ideal for the busy 50+. It will help to calm the nervous system, release through the glutes and give you an all over body stretch that will feel wonderful. It’s fully explanatory and it’s nice and slow. Perfect if you’re a total beginner!
