Yoga, Movement, Stretch and Meditation to make your travel experience enjoyable and comfortable.
So you’re planning your trip!? Travelling is fabulous but it can be very exhausting. Whether it’s a long sea voyage, a long haul plane flight, a hiking trip, a few days of shopping or sight seeing, you know your body needs to keep up.
Flights, walking, waiting, standing in lines, hauling suitcases, carrying backpacks and road trips can exhaust the body before you even get to enjoy your holiday.
How can yoga help?
With short stretch sequences, intuitive movement flows, some meditation to help with sleep, stretches to do from a chair and in bed before you rise, will help immensely with how the body and mind cope with your day to day holiday. It’s essential to create ease and release of tension in the muscles and bones in order to adapt to new time zones, foods, movement and schedules.
Not all holidays are relaxing.
They involve change and stress on the body, so this short series of yoga and meditation flows along with a few travel tips will prepare the body before you leave and are short enough to do while you’re enjoying your time away.
What will I get?
There will be a series of 5 short videos that can be slotted into your day.
1. The ideal stretchy yoga flow that’s easy to do from a chair in your hotel room that’s great to calm tired muscles when getting on the floor isn’t easy or desirable.
2. The kind of intuitive flow that will release your body after a day of walking so that sleep is easier.
3. A meditation to calm and release the body to ease into sleep
4. A foot massage video to help aching tired feet and legs.
5. A stretchy flow that helps with jet lag. Even when you arrive at your destination feeling dreadful, give this flow a shot.
Will I need to pack special equipment?
Not at all. Yoga mats, blocks or any other kind of yoga equipment can take up valuable space and weight in your suitcase. Unless you’re a yoga aficionado who always travels with a mat, it’s not necessary. Your body and a willing mind along with the desire to make your trip a comfortable one is all that’s necessary.
What would you expect to pay for all of this?
There’s over $250 worth of value in that pack, but for today it’s only $35.
