Combining gentle deep stretches, meditation, breathing exercises, tailored techniques and visualisation, you will finish each session feeling exhilarated, calm, centered and balanced. And you’ll have full access to me so you can make requests depending on what you’re going through at the time!
Sessions are held via a private Facebook group so you can meditate live or in your own time, and are available 24/7 so that you can repeat any session you loved.
