My method of yoga is personalised, tailored and taught by someone who has been through it all! I don’t teach yoga so that you can hold a correct pose. I teach yoga to provide functional movement that will serve you, and you specifically.

I cater to women who believe that life beyond 50 doesn’t have to be a downhill slide. My method of yoga combined with stretch, meditation and nutrition, will help you to stay stronger, healthier, fitter, with less inflammation and pain. With considered, systematic movement for the older body you’ll achieve flexibility, strength, agility and balance.

Focused and tailored sessions for intermediates who want to experience yoga with a smaller group. In Studio Yoga Classes focus on flexibility, strength and muscle tone, stability, mobility and your specific areas of concern. These classes have a maximum of 4 people per session so you receive hands-on direction and help.

Private Yoga Classes are for any level of ability and experience, and for those who prefer one-on-one guidance. Tell me your specific physical concerns and I will develop a tailored program to help you get the best out of each session for longterm gain.

Facebook Yoga Classes

Facebook Yoga Classes focus on improving mobility, flexibility and balance, and are tailored to what’s important to you at the time. I focus on your specific areas of concern so that you get the maximum impact and benefit from each session. Sessions are held via a private Facebook group so you can complete your practice live or in your own time, and are available 24/7 so that you can repeat any session you loved.

Functional Yoga Session - 7:30am, Monday to Friday

Focus at 5 (short yoga session) – 5pm, Monday to Friday
