“You are the most amazing teacher! You are aware of my personal challenges but, since you started these online classes, I’ve gone from weekly yoga to almost daily, and sometimes twice daily, classes with you. The improvement has been extraordinary! Throughout this week, I have practiced my hoe downs. This morning, I repeated Wednesday’s morning class and, after the hoe down section in that class, I interrupted it to do the hoe down show down challenge from last evening, and then I completed Wednesday morning’s class to stretch and cool down.
